  • The Falls is a smoke-free community.

  • At The Falls, we understand how much you love and care for your pets. We have worked hard to create a pet policy that ensures the safety of your animal family members, while allowing them to seamlessly integrate throughout the community.

Our pet policy is as follows: Dogs and cats are welcome at The Falls. A $350 non-refundable pet fee is required per pet. A $35 monthly pet rent is charged per pet. Animals 1 year or older are allowed per apartment. Animals must be up to date on vaccinations and must be spayed or neutered. Maximum of 2 Pets allowed per household.

Breed Restrictions are as follows: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard's, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. Large aquariums not allowed, small fish bowls okay. No pigs, birds, or rodent-type pets allowed.

If the animal is a service or emotional assistant animal, pet deposits are not necessary and breed restrictions do not apply. A signed letter Regarding support animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required.
