Maleleuca Freedom Celebration



🎆 1. “Liberty on Parade” – 9 am

Hosted by the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce, the annual parade starts at 9 am on July 4, beginning near Idaho Falls High School (4th St & Holmes Ave), heading west on 4th Street, then south on Boulevard, finishing at Boulevard & Rogers Street ( yourmembership.idahofallschamber.com+11idahofallsidaho.gov+11idahofallsidaho.gov+11 )Expect road closures early—parking along the route is restricted from 5 am until the parade ends ( eastidahonews.com+2idahofallsidaho.gov+2idahofallsidaho.gov+2 ).


2. Riverfest Family Festival – 11:30 am to 9 pm

Held at Snake River Landing, Riverfest kicks off around 11:30 am or noon, featuring:

3. Melaleuca Freedom Celebration Fireworks – approx. 10:00 pm

This world-class display at Snake River Landing features:

  • Over 18,700 premium shells in a 30-minute choreographed show.

  • One of the largest fireworks displays west of the Mississippi.
