As you enter the Club House, you are welcomed with a grand and open entrance that leads you to the Leasing Office and to the Club Room. The Club Room offers a full kitchen, lounging furniture, and an open view of the pool and the hot tub! Not only is this relaxing room available 24 hours, but it is also available to reserve! Host a birthday party, a large dinner outside of your apartment, or any kind of celebration in our Club Room!
The Game Room is a fun place to come bring your family and friends and spend the evening battling each other in a game of pool, ping pong, and air hockey. We also have a spacious round table in the game room which is perfect for playing card games! You are welcome to turn on the T.V. and watch some sports or listen to music while you are enjoying your time in the Game Room!
The Yoga Room is a peaceful and quiet enclosed area great for those looking for a more private setting to exercise. This room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, yoga balls, yoga mats, yoga blocks, and additional resistance bands.
You don’t need a gym membership when you live at The Falls! We have provided a great fitness center with 24-hour access and Direct TV! Our fitness center offers treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and countless exercise machines! Cancel your gym membership and come enjoy a free fitness center by becoming a The Falls resident!

While you are outside, enjoy our fire pit! Along with the relaxation provided by our pool and hot tub, the fire pit provides a great outdoor gathering space for our residents to rewind and socialize.
