All it takes is just a short car ride to get lost in the beautiful mountains and valleys that Idaho Falls is nestled in the middle of! So why should all of the fun come to an end when you get home? The answer is simple: It shouldn't! That's why we are so proud to be apart of The Snake River Landing! From extensive master-planned walking trails, great shopping, and delicious local restaurants, the Snake River Landing has it all! In our inaugural blog we have made it our duty to convince you why life on the river is worth falling for!
1) Idaho Falls Greenbelt
Spanning over 5 miles on each side of the Snake River, the Idaho Falls Greenbelt is easily the most popular recreational area in all of Idaho Falls! Breathe in the fresh Idaho air as you enjoy the magnificent beauty of the Snake River and the rolling falls perfectly centered in the middle of the Greenbelt! Keep your eye out for the works of local artists scattered along the trail! If walking is off the menu for the day, you can always swing by Bill's Bike Shop and a take the whole family out for a ride on one of the many trails and pathways along the river. With the beginning of the greenbelt starting right next to The Falls Apartments, all it takes to find adventure is lacing up your shoes and walking out your door!
2) Shopping on the Snake River Landing
After a refreshing stroll along the greenbelt to start your morning, head into the heart of the Snake River Landing and check out some of the exciting locally owned businesses! Looking to get yourself a brand new trail bike? Stop into Bill's Bike Shop to see what great deals you can get on the latest model and browse through their selection of outdoor gear and clothing! Once you're all fitted up, hop on over to Love at First Bite to treat yourself for finding such great deals with an array of homemade delicacies including: European truffles, hand dipped chocolates, caramel and chocolate dipped pretzels and apples, fudge, cupcakes, and so much more! Honestly, if the idea of having homemade chocolate right next to home isn't enough to convince you that this is the place to be, then we don't know what can please you! Jokes aside, the Snake River Landing truly has it all! From cookies to cars and so much more to come, you can always find somewhere to satiate your shopping habit!

Nowhere in Idaho Falls will you find a pub and grill that leaves you full and happy quite like they do! Don't forget to swing by the Tap-N-Fill for Taco Tuesdays! Wine tastings and local beers galore are sure to bring delight to even the savviest of connoisseurs who step through their doors! We could talk up our local restaurants as much as we want, but quite frankly their excellent google reviews are all you need to see just how great they are!
