submitted by Amanda H. - |Recommended: YesExcellent, but could use better insulation around bathrooms pipes — Excellent apartment and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Idaho Falls. Great location, great amenities, great staff. The construction, I would say, is very typical of apartments. Not super high quality or attention to detail, but nothing that is truly unacceptable. The only truly negative would be that when water flows through the pipes of other apartments, it is super loud...so anytime someone goes to the bathroom or takes a shower...

I also really like that my cable and internet is included in my rent. I have had only one small minor problem but maintenance was quick to fix it the same day and very nice. One small complaint I do have is I hear my neighbors upstairs walking around but hey, it is apartment living. I highly recommend The Falls

I have enjoyed living here and the only big problem is regularly hearing neighbors above us. Other than that I have been very pleased with our experience here.

submitted by Kathryn W. - |Recommended: YesThe Best Place to Live in Idaho Falls — I would highly recommend The Falls Apartments to anyone looking to rent in the Idaho Falls area. The apartment community is brand new, very safe, and offers great amenities--pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, etc.

submitted by Joshua H. - |Recommended: YesNice construction and management — The apartments are very attractive and of good construction, and the management is very professional. My only complaints are that sometimes the stairs outside my apartment are very noisy, particularly in the morning, but this is especially bad for me being an apartment that shares a wall with the first flight of stairs.
