|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, friendly neighbors, fun atmosphere. — Living here has been great so far, the only issue we have run into is that our covered parking spot is pretty far from our entrance and having 2 people each with our own cars it's sometimes hard to find parking for the second vehicle that is anywhere close to our apartment. The neighbors and staff are very friendly and it is always such a fun and exciting atmosphere.

We try to base it off of the distance walked to the apartment. If you have any other issues or concerns, feel free to contact the office and we are happy to help you!
|Recommended: YesWonderful — I love living here at The Falls. The biggest thing that I forget to be grateful for until I'm visiting another apartment complex is the quiet atmosphere as well as great insulation in the walls. I'm not hearing my neighbors through the walls as if they are in my place. I love how accommodating the staff can me and I've never had any issues getting questions answered or maintenance done.

only thing would be to give the option to renew lease without raising rent first for another twelve months , if not then raise on month to month or with out signing lease

|Recommended: YesWe love it here — We have lived in many different apartments, and our experience here has been the most satisfactory by far. During the five months we have been here, we have never had major issues with noise or parking. The staff has always been courteous and professional. We moved into a brand new unit and the internet didn't work initially, but the maintenance workers resolved this issue quickly. I love our unit, especially since we have a great view. We will be sad to leave when we have to move out of state.
