|Recommended: YesOne year resident — The Falls is absolutely the best. I have been here a year now, and can not say enough about the property. The unit is laid out perfectly. On the very rare occasion maintenance is needed, the team is on it. The office staff is excellent and genuinely cares about you and your needs concerns. The neighbors are wonderful. It is a worry free property and the fact that cable, internet, garbage is included in the rent, and full laundry in the unit help lend a relaxed, stress free place to enjoy home. Highly recommend

|Recommended: YesGood apartment overall — The apartment community is good overall. The maintenance and office guys are also nice. However, one suggestion face to face communication is better than email before you make any decision or have any concern about particular residents.

|Recommended: YesWorth the cost — It is expensive, but with all the perks that come in the package like the swimming pool, workout rooms, being pet friendly, internet, and cable, it is well worth the price.

|Recommended: YesAlways prompt and willing to help. — Any time you are in need of an issue is noticed, you are always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff are understanding to a barking dog. The staff here, especially the maintenance staff, are night and day above the rest.

|Recommended: YesMeets and exceeds expectations. — The apartment construction and fixtures are all high quality, and the property and facilities are well maintained. The building is surprisingly quiet - although I can hear things in the building, I do not notice noise often.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Apartments — The apartments and ground are super nice and well taken care of. The only complaint that I have is it can be noisy, especially because my upstairs neighbors have a dog that likes to bark at all times Other than that it is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, friendly neighbors, fun atmosphere. — Living here has been great so far, the only issue we have run into is that our covered parking spot is pretty far from our entrance and having 2 people each with our own cars it's sometimes hard to find parking for the second vehicle that is anywhere close to our apartment. The neighbors and staff are very friendly and it is always such a fun and exciting atmosphere.
Thank you for the review Kaylee! We apologize you are having issues finding parking. We do our best to assign carport parking fairly to all residents that reside with us. We try to base it off of the distance walked to the apartment. If you have any other issues or concerns, feel free to contact the office and we are happy to help you!
