|Recommended: YesHere over a year. — When we first moved in here we were not too happy with our overall experience, that was in large part due to the office staff at that time. Since that time the office staff is under new management and are extremely pleasant to work with. Additionally the maintenance crew here is on point We’ve had two issues in the past month, I submitted a work order for each and the maintenance crew had the issues resolved in both cases with in an hour of me filing the work order. Bravo Tyson, Mike and the rest of those hard working guys.

|Recommended: YesFalls Apartments - Quality Living — The grounds are kept clean, there is plenty of guest parking, staff is friendly and helpful. Perhaps my favorite part is that the maintenance staff replaces everything filters, light bulbs, detector batteries before it needs replacing and gets things fixed the same day, in genera I have never replaced anything but a battery in 4 years here. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The clubhouse offers exercise areas, games, pools, outdoor grills, and a living room like setting for entertaining guests, which I have rented many times. There is plenty of guest parking though parking at the building entrances for handicapped and moving in out could be enforced better . The bimonthly events are fun and free. There is a very nice, small playground for kids. For those of us who work from home due to the pandemic, the trash container emptying can ne noisy, but seldom do neighbors noise penetrate walls or floors. The apartments have many styles and sizes and are in nearly new condition. Overall this is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — An absolutely lovely place to live. We like how it is adjacent to walking trails and enjoy how quiet this area is. There is ample natural light streaming into the apartment and we aren't even facing the sun. We chose this place after several other tours because of the gym and upgraded features The Falls offers and are incredibly happy with our decision. One somewhat strange thing is that the kitchen vent doesn't lead outside, so our apartment tends to smell like whatever we've cooked.

|Recommended: YesCopy of review just posted on Google... — I've lived at the Falls since Dec 2016 and have been completely satisfied with my accommodations and the management of the facility. This includes the FABULOUS MAINTENANCE STAFF. They have always been punctual, respectful, and competent. This has never been more the case than when they recently made some repairs to my ceiling and walls. The painter did a masterful job of refinishing the surfaces and matching the paint to a like new' condition. And, the workmen immediately responded to other minor maintenance requests made by my wife. For apartment living.... this is the place

|Recommended: YesThe Best Place to Live — We moved in to an executive furnished apartment and from day 1 the staff were receptive, professional, and exceptionally nice and easy to work with. Loved the gym, the social hall, the game room, and the pool spa area. This was the best place to live. Close to Yellowstone, Tetons, Big Sky and too many beautiful places to list. The town provided many eating options, an incredible river walk, and lots to do. Great shopping and a very nice and hospitable community. What a great place.
