|Recommended: YesNice Location, high quality, a bit noisy — My time here in the first 30 days has been excellent. Great staff, maintenance, and grounds. My only qualm is that the noise from surrounding apartments doesn't seem to be filtered out too well.

|Recommended: YesThe best — I have lived in many apartment complexes through the years. Hands down, The Falls in Idaho Falls is the best. The apartments nice and new, well kept, the grounds are beautiful, the common areas, pool, fitness room , etc. are some of the best I've seen. Lastly, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They are eager to help and answer any questions you may have. I leave with great reservations. Mark H
|Recommended: YesGood spot to live. — The Falls Apartments is a great spot to live. The staff are helpful and effective, the community is well-kept, clean, and quiet, the setting is nice, and the location is great.
|Recommended: YesGood but not great — The location of this place is amazing. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. The countertops are very nice and everything else is new of good quality except for the bathrooms. I wish they went with tile walls and porcelain tubs for their bathrooms because the plastic tubs are cheaper and harder to clean.

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live — After selling my home a year ago, I moved into the Falls apartments. During the past year the service provided by the office and maintenance staff has been outstanding. It is a quiet place to live in a great location, the apartments are nice and the tenants are friendly.

One minor issue may be the layout of some apartments are slightly odd e.g. closet without a door facing the toilet .
