Now that we've been here a few months, I must say we made an excellent decision in moving to the Falls apartment complex. Spacious and well planned, our flat feels very much like home. We haven't lived in an apartment for over 25 years, so we were a bit dubious. The neighbours have been lovely, the view is amazing and the staff are all fabulous Any little niggles have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Appreciate the car port and we are lucky enough to have the opportunity to rent a garage. Walked the town extensively when we first moved here and am impressed with the location of the apartment to downtown and to area attractions. Everyone has been very friendly and kind. Love calling this place home Thanks to The Falls team for providing such a super place to live
|Recommended: YesFeels like home — Maintenance is stellar, always there to help out and to fix any minor niggles there might be. Jess, Cade and Sam are exceptional. This feels like home, and have been neighbouring' with our flat-mates with home-baked goodies. Love it here

|Recommended: YesThe sound insulation in the apartment is terrible. — It is a good place to live but the sound insulation is terrible.
|Recommended: YesComfortable, Great Environment, Diverse, Hip and Affordable, Great Location — I would tell them that the apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Only on rare occasions do I hear my neighbors and it is usually a dog reacting to a sound from outside. The amenities gym, pool, game room, etc. that are provided are extremely well-kept. While the apartments are on the higher scale of rental prices in the area, the rent includes Direct TV and high-speed internet that have not given me any issues in the time I've resided here. The community as a whole contributes to maintaining the beauty of the property for example, residents pick up after their pets, most individuals wipe down the gym equipment after use, trash is thrown away after people leave the pool or hot tub, etc. The staff is great as well. They are professional, helpful beyond what is required of them, and very polite towards their coworkers and residents. Personally, I find my lifestyle very comfortable living at The Falls apartments.

The neighbors are friendly, the office staff is nice and helpful, and the amount of space in the apartment is great. I like the setup and the overall feel of the falls. A big bonus is that it is a dog-friendly community which is important to me.
